Schedule posts
Pick a date for each post, use the Calendar and Plan screens, and let Visi plan your month.
You can pick a date and time for each post, see your posts on a calendar, and let Visi plan your whole month.
Schedule one post
- Open the post and pick the Date and Time. Check Channels.
- Press Approve & publish.
- The card says "Approved. It goes out on" with the date.
It goes out within 5 minutes of that time, by your business time zone in Settings. A date with no time goes out at 9 AM.
The Calendar
Open Calendar to see your posts on their days. Use Previous, Next and Today to move around, and Filter to show one network or status. On a computer, drag a post to another day. The time stays the same, and Undo puts it back. On a phone, tap the post and change its date. You cannot move a post to a day that has passed, or move a published post. Check shows posts that never went out and days with 3 or more posts for the same network. Coming up shows your next posts.
The Plan screen
Plan shows this week's days and posts. Tap a day, then Add a post this day. Open days shows days in the next 14 with no post. Under Your goal for the month, pick a goal. Under Your mix of posts, choose how many helpful, trust, selling and local posts you want out of every 10. Then press Save my goal. Plan my month and Autopilot follow both. Saving the goal does not schedule anything by itself.
Plan my month with Visi
- Press Plan my month with Visi on Plan, or Plan my month on Calendar.
- Tell Visi how many posts, which days and what time.
- If you have AI pictures left, she asks Make AI pictures for the posts with no picture?
- Visi writes all the posts around your goal, in both languages, as drafts for review.
- Visi follows your mix of posts and learns from what worked: posts from the last 90 days whose links brought the most visits and leads. She writes similar topics with new words, and tells you which posts she learned from.
- Each post Visi writes uses one AI post.
- Nothing goes out until you approve it. See Approve and publish.
