Remove a post from your networks

Take a published post off your social networks and keep it in Content.

If a post is already live and you want it gone, you can take it off your networks from the app.

1. Open Content in the menu on the left. The Published tab shows your published posts.
2. Open the post you want to take down.
3. Press Remove from networks.
4. Pick the networks you want it removed from.
5. Press Remove.

What happens on each network

• Facebook, Google Business, Pinterest and Threads: VDM deletes the post for you.
• Instagram, TikTok and YouTube do not let apps delete posts. VDM shows you the steps to delete it in that app, and a link to the post.

Good to know

• The post stays in Content, so you can publish it again later.
• If the post is no longer live anywhere, it goes back to a draft.
• To publish it again, open it and press Approve & publish. See Approve and publish.
• This is not the same as Move to trash. Move to trash takes the post out of your Content list, and you cannot get it back from the trash in the app.
