Create a post with AI
Turn a short idea into posts written by Visi, ready for you to review.
Visi can write your posts for you. You give her a short idea, and she writes two posts you can check before anything goes online.
- Open Create in the menu on the left.
- In the box "What do you want to share?", write your idea in plain words, like "Fall special this week".
- Under Where should it go?, check which networks are switched on. Networks you have not connected show Connect, which opens Connections.
- Press Write my posts. Wait about 10 seconds.
- Two posts appear. Each one comes in your language and the other one. Tap English, Español or Los dos/Both to choose which goes out.
- If a picture you already have fits, it shows under the post. Tap it to use it.
- Press Save for review to send the post to Approvals, or Edit first to open it in the editor.
Post preferences
Under Post preferences you can pick the Language to save, turn Hashtags on or off, and turn Call to action on or off. You can type what people should do in the box, or leave it empty and Visi picks a simple one. The Tone comes from your Brand Kit, and Change in Brand Kit takes you there.
Good to know
- Nothing publishes from Create. Your posts wait for your OK. See Approve and publish.
- Each press of Write my posts uses 2 AI posts. If a post does not come out, it is given back.
- How many AI posts you get each month depends on your plan. Plan & Billing shows what you have used.
- Visi never invents prices, discounts or numbers you did not give, and your posts never sound like a customer review.
- For TikTok and Instagram you get a music idea with words to search. Visi never names songs.
- Always check Channels in the editor before you approve, because the switches on Create do not always carry over.
