Approve and publish
Give your OK to a post and understand what each channel result means.
Nothing goes online until you approve it. You can approve a post from the Approvals screen or from the post itself.
From the Approvals screen
- Open Approvals in the menu on the left. It shows every post marked "Ready for my review", including the ones Visi writes, soonest date first.
- Use the filters All, Date soon or No date to find a post.
- Press Approve. The post goes out now, or at its date if it has one.
Press Edit to change a post first, or Back to drafts to take it off the list. A TikTok post, or a post with no channel yet, shows Open to approve instead. It opens the post, because TikTok asks a few choices each time.
From the post
- Open the post and check Channels.
- Press Approve & publish at the bottom right. If you do not see it, press Save first.
- With no date, "Publishing results" shows one line per channel. Facebook lines have View. Press Done.
If the post has a date, the card says "Approved. It goes out on" and the date.
What the results mean
- Each line comes from that network's own answer. A post went out only when its line says it was published.
- A red line means that channel did not work, and it says why. Fix it, then press Approve & publish again. Channels that worked are never sent twice.
- If a scheduled post cannot go out, the app tries again for about 4 hours. Then the post shows Did not go out and you get one email with the reason.
Good to know
- Publishing needs a paid plan.
- The same picture cannot go to the same network twice within 30 days. Choose another picture or take that network off.
- Reminder email opens Settings, where you turn the approval reminder email on or off.
