Your contact link in posts
Add your contact link to posts and see how many visits and leads each post brings.
Each post gets its own short link to your contact form. It helps people reach you, and it shows you which posts bring visits and leads.
- Open a saved post. Under "Your contact link" you see the post's own short link.
- Keep Add it to Facebook, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business posts ticked.
- Press Save.
The link goes out with the post on Facebook, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business.
Instagram does not allow links in posts, so Instagram uses the link in your bio. To get a link for your bio:
- Open Leads and press Get more leads.
- Tap Instagram bio and press Copy link.
- In Instagram, go to Edit profile, Links, Add external link, and paste it.
See visits and leads per post
- In Leads, scroll to the bottom. "Where your leads come from" shows leads, visits and percent by place and by post.
- In Insights, Posts that brought people shows the visits and leads that came through each post's link, since the start.
- Your Monday summary email also names the post that brought the most people so far.
Good to know
- One visit counts once per person, per link, per day.
- Robots and link previews do not count.
- Each place where you share your form gets its own link too, so the app knows where each lead came from.
