Send an email campaign
Email your customers who asked for your news, to everyone or to one group, and win back customers who have been quiet.
Email campaigns go to the people who asked for your news and offers. They join your list by ticking "Email me news and offers" on your contact form or at checkout.
Write and send one
- In Leads, open Email campaigns and press New email.
- Write it yourself, or tell Visi the idea and press Write it. Read every word before you send.
- Under Who gets it, choose Everyone on your list or one group. Each group shows how many people it reaches.
- Press Send me a test to see it in your inbox.
- Press Send to, then press again to confirm. Or pick a time under Send later.
Groups you can send to
- A status, for example only Customer or only Booked.
- Where they came from, for example only people from Instagram or from your website form.
- Customers quiet for 90 days: customers with no contact in the last 90 days.
Win back quiet customers
When some customers have been quiet for 90 days, the campaigns screen shows Win them back. It opens a new email for that group with the idea ready for Visi. Press Write it, check the words, and add an offer only if you want one.
Good to know
- Only people who asked for your news get campaigns, in every group.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link and your business address, as the law requires.
- Your plan includes a number of emails each month. The screen shows how many are left.
