Set up your store

Open an online store on your website, add your products, choose pickup or delivery, and handle your orders.

Your website can sell your products online. Visitors fill a cart on your site, and their orders come to the app.

Set it up with Visi

1. Open Website Studio and find the Store card.
2. Visi asks you one thing at a time: your products, pickup or delivery, card payments, and then she opens the store.
3. For each product, add a photo, a price and a description.
4. Prefer to do it yourself? Press Do it myself to see every control.

Take card payments

Cards are paid through your own Stripe account. See Getting paid for the steps. Without Stripe, orders still come in, to pay at pickup or on delivery.

Handle your orders

1. Your orders show in the app.
2. Mark each order Ready when it is ready, and Done when the customer has it.
3. Press Cancel if an order will not happen.
4. You and the buyer get an email about the order.

Count your stock (Store Plus)

1. Website Studio shows an Inventory card for products that count stock. Sold out products show first, then the ones running low.
2. Update a count and press Save count.
3. Use Tell me when this many are left to get an alert when stock gets low.
4. Sold out products show "Sold out" on your website and cannot be ordered. A cancelled order puts the stock back.

Sell a digital file

You can sell a file people download, like an ebook, a guide, a pattern or a song.

1. In the Store, press Products and settings (do it myself).
2. Under What do you sell here? pick A digital file buyers download.
3. Add the name and price, choose the file under The file buyers get, and press Add product.
4. Buyers pay by card when they order. Right after, they get an email with a private download link. The link works for 7 days and up to 10 downloads.
5. If a buyer loses the email, open the order and press Send a new download link.

Digital products show on your Shop page only when card payments are on. Files can be up to 100 MB: PDF, EPUB, ZIP, MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT or CSV.

Shipping choices by carrier (Store Plus)

1. In Products and settings (do it myself), find Shipping choices by carrier.
2. Add up to 4 choices: the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or your own), the service, how long it takes and the price.
3. Press Save shipping choices.

Shoppers who pick Shipping choose one at checkout. The first choice is your standard one: free shipping and rates by order size change only that one.

Good to know:

• A card order still unpaid after a day shows "Not paid, expired", and its stock comes back.
• VDM takes nothing from your sales.
• Open a customer in Leads to see their History: what they spent and their orders.
• With Phone alerts on this device turned on in Settings, you get an alert for each new order.
