Brand Kit for your business details, logo, colors and tone

Fill in your Brand Kit so your posts, website and contact form use the right facts, look and voice.

Your Brand Kit holds the facts about your business. VDM uses it for your posts, your website and your contact form.

Business details

1. Open Brand Kit in the menu on the left, under Business setup.
2. Fill in the "Business details" card at the top. Pick your Tone and your Language.
3. Press Save details at the bottom of that card.

Your logo

1. In the logos part, press Make a logo with Visi.
2. Visi asks four things, one at a time: your name as it should be written, the feel, the colors, and what the symbol could show.
3. Press Make my logos. Visi draws 4 logos in about half a minute.
4. Press Use this one. It is saved to your Brand Kit and your Media Library.

Colors, font, voice and picture style

1. Under Brand colors, pick a main color and a second color. Use the color of my logo fills in the main color for you.
2. Under Font, pick a pair, or press Let Visi choose.
3. Under Your voice, add up to 3 posts or messages that sound like you. Visi copies how you sound, never facts or prices from them.
4. Under Picture style, pick a style and add a short line about the photos you want.
5. Press Save colors, font and voice. To also put the colors and font on your website, press Use them on my website.

Good to know:

• Only the owner or an admin can save.
• How complete shows what is still missing. Preview shows your name and a button in your colors and font.
• Logos are always new and original. VDM cannot check trademarks, so make sure no other local business uses the same name before you print.

• Locations: add more places with their name, address, phone and hours. Each one gets its own page on your website, your contact form asks which location, and each lead shows where it came from (Leads can filter by location). Pick Its Google listing to tie a location to its own Google Business listing, then Check its Google listing.
