Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 24, 2026
- We want everyone to be able to use our website and our app, in English and in Spanish.
- We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as our guide.
- If something is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it.
1. Our goal
Visible Digital Media wants its website, its app and the websites it builds to work for people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology. We use WCAG 2.2 level AA as our guide and keep improving.
2. What we do
- Every page is in English and in Spanish.
- Headings, buttons and links are real text, not pictures of text.
- Images carry a written description; decorative videos are silent and hidden from screen readers.
- Pages work with a keyboard and show where you are on the page.
- We check color contrast, and moving effects calm down when your device asks for less motion.
3. Websites we build for you
The website templates are checked with automated accessibility tools before we release them. When you add your own photos, describe them in the photo settings so people who cannot see them know what they show.
4. What may not work yet
Some services from other companies, such as Google reCAPTCHA on forms, Google maps and embedded social posts, may not meet every guideline. We choose the most accessible options they offer and keep looking for better ones.
5. Tell us about a problem
Write to hellovisibledigitalmedia.com or ask Visi in the app. Tell us the page and what got in your way, and we will answer and fix it, or help you another way in the meantime.
