Plan and billing

See your plan, change it, add extras, find your receipts or cancel.

The Plan & Billing screen shows your plan and lets you change it, buy extras and manage how you pay. You can see all prices on our pricing page.

See your plan

1. Open Plan & Billing in the menu on the left. Upgrade Now in the menu opens it too.
2. At the top you see your plan and its status.
3. "What you have used" shows your AI posts this month and your team members.

Choose or change your plan

1. To start a plan, press Choose on the plan you want.
2. Pay on Stripe's secure page, by card or bank. You come back to Plan & Billing.
3. To change plans later, press Switch to and the plan, then Yes, switch to. Stripe adjusts the difference on your next invoice.

Plans are monthly. Cards turn on right away. Bank payments take 3 to 5 business days to clear.

Add extras

1. Scroll down to Websites, Single services and Add-ons.
2. Press Buy or Add.

Bought items show Active, or Clearing while a bank payment clears. Most add-ons need an active plan.

Receipts, card and bank

1. Press Manage billing at the top right. Stripe's page opens.
2. Update your card or bank, or see your invoices there.

Only the owner can pay, change the plan or open Manage billing.

Cancel

1. Press Manage billing, then cancel on Stripe's page.
2. Your plan ends at the end of the period you already paid.

After that, AI, posting and publishing pause. Your website and contact form keep working, leads keep arriving, and nothing is deleted. You can come back any time by choosing a plan.

Good to know:

• If it says "Online payment is not open yet", choosing a plan only sends your choice to VDM. Nothing is charged.
• If a payment fails, Plan & Billing says "PAYMENT PROBLEM" with the date to pay by. Fix it in Manage billing.
